Self Care Part 7 - A full night to yourself
Now that we've talked SO much about self-care and shared some awesome DIY recipes, let's map out some ideas for an at-home spa night! Feel free to pick and choose the parts here that would work for you or that interest you and get planning your night!
1. Set the Mood:
- Dim the lights or use soft lighting like candles or fairy lights.
- Play soothing music or nature sounds to create a calming atmosphere.
2. DIY Face Mask:
- Create a homemade face mask using ingredients from your kitchen, like honey, yogurt, oatmeal, or mashed fruits.
- Apply the mask, relax, and let it work its magic on your skin.
3. Relaxing Bath:
- Fill your bathtub with warm water and add a few drops of essential oil (lavender, chamomile, or eucalyptus) or a bath bomb if you have one.
- Soak and unwind, bringing a book or playing calming music if desired.
4. Hand and Foot Soak:
- Fill a basin with warm water and a few drops of essential oil.
- Soak your hands and feet, and use a gentle scrub or pumice stone to exfoliate.
